Getting a quote

A person reads each request and replies within one business day. We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. Every car is different, so we reply with a price for yours. Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up.

On the day

Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Ask any question you have before the work starts. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.

How the price is set

A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job.

How long you are without it

Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. We keep you posted if the timing changes.

Looking after it afterwards

Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.
