About the work
CarmaCars has no location in La Boca; we do paint correction in the Toronto area. Put simply: Buffing the paint by machine, usually before a wax or a coating. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
Booking a time
Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time. Ask anything about the work in your request; a person answers. Send a few details or photos and we reply with a price. Mention the year and trim so we price the right size of car.
After the work
If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
Planning around the work
Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover.
Pricing, plainly
Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
Getting the car ready
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.
