About the work
Our shop work happens in the Toronto area. We have no location in Lafayette. The short version: Buffing the paint by machine, usually before a wax or a coating. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
What happens after you ask
Not sure what the car needs? Describe it and we suggest the right work. If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. You approve the price before we start. Ask anything about the work in your request; a person answers.
Pricing, plainly
Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer.
A few things first
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
Planning around the work
We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished.
Looking after it afterwards
Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
