What happens after you ask

We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. If you have a deadline, put it in the request. Every car is different, so we reply with a price for yours. Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works.

Aftercare

If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.

Getting the car ready

Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.

How the price is set

A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.

How long it takes

We keep you posted if the timing changes. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.
