Booking the work near Locust Grove
CarmaCars has no location in Locust Grove; we do paint correction in the Toronto area. Buffing the paint by machine, usually before a wax or a coating. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Booking a time
Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works. Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. The price depends on the car and the work, so we quote each car before we start. A person replies with a price and a time, and you decide.
How long you are without it
If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
Keeping it that way
Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.
Why prices differ
A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.
On the day
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
