How to request it

Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven. If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. The price depends on the car and the work, so we quote each car before we start. We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree.

When the car is ready

Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. A clear timeline comes with every quote. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work.

A few things first

Ask any question you have before the work starts. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.

Keeping it that way

If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.

What affects the price

Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.
