Getting a price

If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time. Every car is different, so we reply with a price for yours. Include the colour and any options that affect the work.

What goes into a quote

Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job.

Before you drop the car off

Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Ask any question you have before the work starts.

Looking after it afterwards

Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.

When the car is ready

Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price.
