Getting a price

We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time. Send a few details or photos and we reply with a price. Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you.

Pricing, plainly

Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.

A few things first

Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.

Looking after it afterwards

Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.

Timing

Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule.
