Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.

Your request

We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate. Every car is different, so we reply with a price for yours. We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree.

Why prices differ

The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.

Getting the car ready

Ask any question you have before the work starts. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.

Timing

If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. We keep you posted if the timing changes.

Looking after it afterwards

Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
