From request to appointment

If you have a deadline, put it in the request. We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. The quote comes before any work, so there are no surprises. Include the colour and any options that affect the work.

Pricing, plainly

We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one.

How long it takes

Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. We keep you posted if the timing changes. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.

Looking after it afterwards

Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.

On the day

Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
