Getting a price

Include the colour and any options that affect the work. A person replies with a price and a time, and you decide. You approve the price before we start. Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate.

Keeping it that way

Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.

On the day

If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.

Planning around the work

We keep you posted if the timing changes. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished.

Why prices differ

Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.
