Your request

Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven. If you have a deadline, put it in the request. The price depends on the car and the work, so we quote each car before we start. We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in.

What to bring

Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Ask any question you have before the work starts.

Looking after it afterwards

Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.

Pricing, plainly

If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.

Planning around the work

We keep you posted if the timing changes. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days.

What we cover
