What to send us

Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate. You get a price for your car before anything is done. We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in.

How long it takes

Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. We keep you posted if the timing changes. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.

How the price is set

Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.

Getting the car ready

Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.

Looking after it afterwards

If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
