Booking a time

Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works. A person replies with a price and a time, and you decide. Every car is different, so we reply with a price for yours. A person reads each request and replies within one business day.

A few things first

Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.

What affects the price

Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.

Looking after it afterwards

Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.

How long it takes

If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover.
