How to request it

If you have a deadline, put it in the request. We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree. The quote comes before any work, so there are no surprises. Not sure what the car needs? Describe it and we suggest the right work.

Pricing, plainly

We price the job before we start, never after. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price.

Keeping it that way

Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.

A few things first

Ask any question you have before the work starts. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.

How long it takes

We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.
