Booking the work

Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time. Not sure what the car needs? Describe it and we suggest the right work. Send a few details or photos and we reply with a price. Ask anything about the work in your request; a person answers.

A few things first

Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.

How long you are without it

Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. A clear timeline comes with every quote. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover.

Pricing, plainly

A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work.

Keeping it that way

Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.

Reach and distance

We have one location, in Toronto, and none in Osage. We do not deliver as far as Osage, about 2,009 km from our location in Toronto.
