Getting a price

Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven. Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate. You get a price for your car before anything is done. A person reads each request and replies within one business day.

On the day

If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.

How the price is set

We price the job before we start, never after. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.

Looking after it afterwards

Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.

How long it takes

A clear timeline comes with every quote. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover.
