Booking a time

Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven. We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. You approve the price before we start. A person replies with a price and a time, and you decide.

How long you are without it

Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. A clear timeline comes with every quote.

Keeping it that way

Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.

How the price is set

Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation.

Before you drop the car off

If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
