What to send us

Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time. Send a few details or photos and we reply with a price. If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more.

Getting the car ready

Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.

Pricing, plainly

A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.

When the car is ready

Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. We keep you posted if the timing changes. A clear timeline comes with every quote.

After the work

If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.
