Getting a price

Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree. The quote comes before any work, so there are no surprises. Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate.

What goes into a quote

Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work.

A few things first

Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.

After the work

Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.

When the car is ready

We keep you posted if the timing changes. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days.
