Booking a time

A person replies with a price and a time, and you decide. If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. The quote comes before any work, so there are no surprises. We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree.

Why prices differ

Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.

Planning around the work

We keep you posted if the timing changes. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.

Looking after it afterwards

Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.

What to bring

Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
