For paint correction in Plainview Colony: CarmaCars does this work only in the Toronto area, about 1,570 km away. What we do here: Buffing the paint by machine, usually before a wax or a coating. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.

What happens after you ask

Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you. A short description of the problem is enough to start. You approve the price before we start. If you have a deadline, put it in the request.

Pricing, plainly

The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.

How long you are without it

If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer.

Looking after it afterwards

Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.

Before you drop the car off

Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
