What to send us

Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven. Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate. You approve the price before we start. We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree.

Before you drop the car off

Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.

What goes into a quote

Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.

How long it takes

Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.

After the work

Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
