Booking the work

Mention the year and trim so we price the right size of car. Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you. You get a price for your car before anything is done. Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven.

On the day

Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.

Looking after it afterwards

Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.

Pricing, plainly

Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.

How long it takes

A clear timeline comes with every quote. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover.
