Your request

Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. You approve the price before we start. Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works.

On the day

Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.

Looking after it afterwards

If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.

Why prices differ

The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation.

Planning around the work

Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days.
