Getting a quote

A person reads each request and replies within one business day. Mention the year and trim so we price the right size of car. Every car is different, so we reply with a price for yours. Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up.

Looking after it afterwards

Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.

Pricing, plainly

We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car.

Getting the car ready

Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Ask any question you have before the work starts.

How long you are without it

We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer.
