About the work

Getting a price

If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. The quote comes before any work, so there are no surprises. Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time.

Keeping it that way

Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.

When the car is ready

If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.

What affects the price

Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time.

A few things first

Ask any question you have before the work starts. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
