What to send us

We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you. A quote is free and comes from a person. Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate.

Timing

Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work.

Getting the car ready

Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.

How the price is set

We price the job before we start, never after. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.

After the work

Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.
