About the work

For paint correction in Ridgegate: CarmaCars does this work only in the Toronto area, about 2,129 km away. The short version: Buffing the paint by machine, usually before a wax or a coating. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.

Booking a time

If you have a deadline, put it in the request. Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. You get a price for your car before anything is done. Not sure what the car needs? Describe it and we suggest the right work.

How long you are without it

We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work.

What to bring

Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.

Looking after it afterwards

Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.

What goes into a quote

The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. We price the job before we start, never after.
