What happens after you ask

Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. Include the colour and any options that affect the work. The quote comes before any work, so there are no surprises. Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate.

Getting the car ready

Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.

Aftercare

Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.

Pricing, plainly

The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation.

Timing

Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. We keep you posted if the timing changes. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.
