From request to appointment

Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time. Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you. A quote is free and comes from a person. We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree.

Why prices differ

The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time.

Looking after it afterwards

If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.

Planning around the work

Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.

Before you drop the car off

Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
