Getting a quote

Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you. If you have a deadline, put it in the request. You approve the price before we start. A person reads each request and replies within one business day.

What affects the price

We price the job before we start, never after. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work.

What to bring

Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.

Keeping it that way

Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish.

When the car is ready

If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. We keep you posted if the timing changes. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished.

Where we deliver
