Booking a time

A person replies with a price and a time, and you decide. If you have a deadline, put it in the request. Send a few details or photos and we reply with a price. Ask anything about the work in your request; a person answers.

How the price is set

If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.

Timing

If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover.

After the work

Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.

On the day

Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
