Your request

A person reads each request and replies within one business day. Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven. A quote is free and comes from a person. Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up.

Before you drop the car off

Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Ask any question you have before the work starts.

When the car is ready

If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer.

What affects the price

Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.

After the work

A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.
