Getting a price

If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. A person reads each request and replies within one business day. We price each job once we know the car and what it needs. Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven.

What goes into a quote

Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.

Getting the car ready

If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.

When the car is ready

Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. We keep you posted if the timing changes. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price.

Keeping it that way

Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
