Getting a quote
Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate. Ask anything about the work in your request; a person answers. There is no one price: we quote your car after seeing the details. Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time.
When the car is ready
Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. We keep you posted if the timing changes. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.
A few things first
Ask any question you have before the work starts. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
After the work
Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
What goes into a quote
Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.
