From request to appointment

We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. Not sure what the car needs? Describe it and we suggest the right work. We price each job once we know the car and what it needs. Include the colour and any options that affect the work.

Aftercare

Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish.

How long it takes

We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. A clear timeline comes with every quote.

Getting the car ready

Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.

What affects the price

If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.
