Your request

We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. A person reads each request and replies within one business day. We price each job once we know the car and what it needs. A person replies with a price and a time, and you decide.

Planning around the work

You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days.

How the price is set

Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.

What to bring

Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.

Aftercare

Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
