Getting a price

Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works. We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. You get a price for your car before anything is done. Include the colour and any options that affect the work.

Why prices differ

Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do.

Aftercare

Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.

A few things first

Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.

When the car is ready

If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. A clear timeline comes with every quote.
