Getting a quote

We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree. Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. You approve the price before we start. We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in.

A few things first

Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.

Timing

Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work.

What affects the price

The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. We price the job before we start, never after. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.

After the work

Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing. Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car.
