Car Buffing: what is involved
For paint correction in Talmage: CarmaCars does this work only in the Toronto area, about 1,587 km away. What it covers: Buffing the paint by machine, usually before a wax or a coating. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
The request
Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time. If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. There is no one price: we quote your car after seeing the details. We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree.
Aftercare
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
Timing
Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.
On the day
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.
Pricing, plainly
Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work.
