What to send us

Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate. Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven. You get a price for your car before anything is done. Not sure what the car needs? Describe it and we suggest the right work.

Why prices differ

The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.

Getting the car ready

If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Ask any question you have before the work starts.

How long you are without it

Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.

Aftercare

Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car.
