Booking a time

Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works. We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. Send photos and we reply with a price for your car. Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven.

Timing

We keep you posted if the timing changes. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.

On the day

Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.

After the work

Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.

What goes into a quote

The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job.
