CarmaCars has no location in The Crossing; we do paint correction in the Toronto area. The short version: Buffing the paint by machine, usually before a wax or a coating. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.

The request

A person reads each request and replies within one business day. Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate. Every car is different, so we reply with a price for yours. Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time.

How the price is set

We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.

A few things first

Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.

Aftercare

A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.

Timing

We keep you posted if the timing changes. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished.

Where we are

We are a Toronto company with no office or lot in The Crossing. From central Toronto, The Crossing is about 2,200 km away in a straight line; we deliver within about 80 km.

For work in The Crossing itself, a local shop is the practical choice. We cannot send anyone to The Crossing to do the work. Tell us what you need in The Crossing, and a person will say straight away whether it is something we can do. Rates on this site are in Canadian dollars, before tax.
