Your request

Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time. Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works. There is no one price: we quote your car after seeing the details. A short description of the problem is enough to start.

Aftercare

Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.

When the car is ready

Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. We keep you posted if the timing changes. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished.

What affects the price

We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.

Before you drop the car off

Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Ask any question you have before the work starts.
