Car Buffing: what is involved

CarmaCars has no location in Tower; we do paint correction in the Toronto area. What we do here: Buffing the paint by machine, usually before a wax or a coating. Mention the year and trim so we price the right size of car. If you have a deadline, put it in the request. The price depends on the car and the work, so we quote each car before we start. Include the colour and any options that affect the work.

On the day

Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.

Why prices differ

Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.

How long it takes

Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. A clear timeline comes with every quote.

Aftercare

Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
