What to send us

A person reads each request and replies within one business day. Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. A quote is free and comes from a person. Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven.

Looking after it afterwards

Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.

What goes into a quote

Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.

How long it takes

Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. A clear timeline comes with every quote.

A few things first

Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.

Honest about distance

Everything CarmaCars does starts from Toronto, and we have no presence in Tracy Park. Measured in a straight line, Tracy Park is about 1,639 km from central Toronto; we deliver within about 80 km.
