The request

If you have a deadline, put it in the request. We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. You get a price for your car before anything is done. Mention the year and trim so we price the right size of car.

Before you drop the car off

Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.

Keeping it that way

Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.

What affects the price

We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.

Timing

We keep you posted if the timing changes. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
