Booking the work near Washington

CarmaCars has no location in Washington; we do paint correction in the Toronto area. Put simply: Buffing the paint by machine, usually before a wax or a coating. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.

Booking a time

Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate. If you have a deadline, put it in the request. You get a price for your car before anything is done. We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree.

Why prices differ

Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do.

Before you drop the car off

Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.

After the work

Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.

Timing

We keep you posted if the timing changes. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work.

Where we deliver

CarmaCars operates from a single location in Toronto, so Washington is outside our area. Our deliveries stop at about 250 km from Toronto; Washington is roughly 1,535 km away.
