Getting a quote

Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. A short description of the problem is enough to start. We price each job once we know the car and what it needs. A person replies with a price and a time, and you decide.

What to bring

If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.

How the price is set

We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time.

After the work

Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.

How long it takes

If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.
